By using Kirixa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kirixa is a business tool for studios to manage members, payments, attendance, and staff. We provide the platform “as is” and may update features over time.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your organization account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. You must comply with applicable laws when storing member personal data.
Studio subscription fees are billed separately per your agreement with Kirixa. Member payment data entered in the app is managed by your studio.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirixa is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data beyond fees paid in the prior twelve months.
We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms. Admins may delete their organization account at any time from the app.
